- 4 tablespoons of butter or Earth Balance
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 cups Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice cereal
Over low to medium heat, stir together the butter, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Once well mixed, stir in the marshmallows. When the marshmallows are fully melted, remove from heat, and stir in the cereal. Press into a greased 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
