Erewhon Rice Crispy Pumpkins


  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 10 oz. Marshmallows 
  • Natural Orange Food Coloring
  • 6 Cups Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice
  • Tootsie Rolls®
  • Optional Green Frosting


  1. Melt butter in large saucepan; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat, and stir in food coloring.
  2. Next add Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereal and mix until well coated.
  3. Once cooled, form into 3" balls. Stick a Tootsie Roll® in the center as the "stem" and use green frosting to create "leaves" if desired.
