Yield: 10 Servings
- 4 cups Erewhon Strawberry Crisp Cereal, Gluten Free
- ¾ cups salted roasted pecan halves
- 1 package (5ounce) dried mixed berries (cranberries, cherries, and blueberries)
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven 300 degrees F.
Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl mix cereal, pecans, dried berries, condensed milk, and vanilla until well combined. Pour fruit and nut mixture into prepared pan in a single layer.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool in pan. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
