Our gluten-free cereals are made on equipment that processes gluten and wheat, so we have several steps in process to help prevent cross-contamination. Prior to running the gluten-free products, the machinery is sanitized and thoroughly washed. After the gluten-free cereal is made, it is tested to ensure it is less than 10 ppm of gluten.

Q: Are your products manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility?
A: Although our products are not produced in dedicated gluten-free facilities, we test each batch of cereal to ensure that it contains no more than 10ppm of gluten. Every Erewhon product is Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). To learn more about their high standards, visit them at gluten.org.

Q: Are your products manufactured in a dedicated tree nut-free facility?
A: Our Crispy Brown Rice, Corn Flakes, Honey Rice Twice, Cinnamon Crispy Brown Rice, and Harvest medley are all made in a dedicated tree nut-free facility; however, our Simply Vanilla granola and Cranberry Chia granola are produced in a facility that processes tree nuts.

Q: Are your products manufactured in a dedicated soy-free facility?
A: Our Simply Vanilla granola and Cranberry Chia granola are made in a dedicated soy-free facility; however, the rest of our cereals are made in a facility that processes soy.
